I am the director or First Coast Rhythmic, which is located in Arlington near the Craig Airfield. We are a small family run rhythmic gymnastics club. Our students range in age from 5 to 16. We offer both competitive and non competitive teams. Rhythmic is an expressive form of gymnastics, where all routines are set to music, using a variety of advanced dance movements while manipulating equipment such as rope, ribbon, hoop, ball and clubs.
